Right on our doorstep is the Cleveland Way National Trail, a breathtaking 109-mile route that hugs the coastline from Helmsley to Filey. This section of the trail offers some of the most dramatic sea views in the UK and is perfect for everything from short scenic strolls to full-day hikes.
Looking for something truly epic? The Coast to Coast Walk, one of Britain’s most famous long-distance trails, ends just a short ride away in Robin Hood’s Bay (about 40 minutes by bus from Scarborough). Even if you’re not doing the full walk, visiting the end point makes for a great day trip.
