Tucked away at the rear of The Artist’s House, The Garden Flat offers a rare mix of privacy, space and charm. A one-bedroom apartment but set over two floors and laid out like a little house, it’s an ideal retreat for couples, solo travellers or friends — with your own secluded courtyard garden that feels like a hidden oasis in the town.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a cosy living room with a three-seater sofa, 55” smart TV with Netflix, and a dining table for two. Next door, the galley kitchen is fully equipped with a four-ring induction hob, combination oven/grill/microwave, fridge with icebox, washing machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, and all the cooking essentials.

The hall leads out to your private garden, complete with festoon lighting, a BBQ, dining area, and a couple of chairs to sit and enjoy a quiet morning coffee or evening drink.

Upstairs is a bright bedroom with a double bed, and a compact but well-designed bathroom with a powerful shower, toilet and basin.

The apartment is accessed on the ground floor of the building, with steps up from the street. Inside, it’s arranged over two levels, giving it the feel of your own little home.

A calm, comfortable spot to unwind — with your own outdoor space, just a short stroll from the sea.
