Upstairs, the main living and sleeping area is a generous 23 sqm and features a striking six-window bay that fills the space with natural light. The room includes a double bed, sofa and coffee table, two-seater dining table, and a 55” smart TV with Netflix. Thoughtful design details give the space a calm, welcoming feel.

Downstairs in the basement, you’ll find a separate kitchen equipped with a two-ring induction hob, combination oven/grill/microwave, fridge with icebox, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, and a full range of cooking essentials.

The compact bathroom includes a powerful shower, toilet, and basin — everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Access to the apartment is on the ground floor of the building, with steps leading up from the street. Inside, there’s an internal flight of stairs down to the kitchen and bathroom.

With its split-level layout and bright, well-designed interior, The Maisonette is a great little base to come back to after exploring the town or coast.
