The Grand Bay is a generously sized two-bedroom apartment, ideal for families, friends, or couples looking for a comfortable and stylish base in Scarborough.

The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is the heart of the apartment, featuring a large six-window bay that fills the space with natural light. There’s a three-seater sofa, armchair, 55” smart TV with Netflix, and a dining table for four.

The kitchen includes a two-ring induction hob, combination oven/grill/microwave, fridge with icebox, washing machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, and all the cooking essentials.

There’s also a dedicated workspace with a desk — ideal if you need to catch up on emails or want a quiet corner to plan your day.

Off the hallway, you’ll find a modern bathroom with a full-size bath, plus two bedrooms: one with a double bed, and the other with a king-size bed, both simply furnished for a relaxed and restful stay.

The apartment is on the first floor, accessed via steps from the street and one internal flight of stairs. Once inside, everything is on one level.
